INDICATOR: Relationships between CRCT scores and salary increases for principals and superintendents

Why is this important?

A high correlation between CRCT test scores and superintendent salaries may indicate that public school districts are holding their superintendents accountable for students' performance.

No consistent measurement tools exist for tracking the relationship between students' test scores and principals' or superintendents' salaries.
